Starting and growing a small business is HARD. You wear many hats and a lot rides on your shoulders. And a lot of us are doing it on our OWN!
 
After countless conversations with current and prospective business owners, I noticed something everyone seems to need but few people have.

Not just colleagues...PEERS. A supportive community of likeminded business owners who are committed to learning and growing their businesses. A group where you can hash out your challenges, learn new marketing strategies and be held ACCOUNTABLE to the things you commit to doing. This has an extreme impact on motivation and can be the one thing that keeps your business afloat during challenging times.

Coaching Cohorts meet weekly for 10 weeks. During these 90-minute sessions, we build a Business Identity, Messaging Script, and a Marketing Plan. We try things out, we share our successes, and we learn from our failures. We work through mental blocks and we inspire each other to action. Each session has a clear topic with homework, and participants are asked to show up fully, knowing that others' success is also their own.
